DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Develop, direct and manage a design project as Project lead

·         Develop Cost and Schedule estimates for design projects

·         Perform Pressure Sensor system design and integration including ASIC characterization and analysis

·         Perform Analog Electronic sensor interface design

·         Perform EMI and Transient protection circuit design and complete Qualification testing

·         Prototyping proof-of-concept sensor solutions

·         Schematic design of boards and flexible assemblies

·         Design of electrical and mechanical instruments for engineering characterization of sensors

·         Coordinate software for automation of manufacturing tasks

·         Contribute to the development of system models and specifications

·         Perform system-level failure mode analysis and problem solving

·         Evaluate selection of materials, components, and processes

·         Write and review Qualification Test Procedures, FMECA and Reliability analysis

·         Perform Design for Manufacturing analysis and Manufacturing readiness reviews

·         Coordinate and/or act as a liaison between organizations, suppliers, and customers

·         Work with Sales and Marketing having direct communications with customers

·         Mentor less experienced individuals

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills

·         Advanced understanding of engineering principles and tools including Analog circuit design, Signal processing, Circuit and System Modeling, shielding from EMI and lightening, PCB design, properties of materials, mechanical stress, and reliability.

·         Demonstrated creativity and innovation in the development of new products and the optimization of processes and controls.

·         Solid proficiency in a Microsoft Office environment.

·         Excellent leadership and communication skills.

·         Background in the aerospace industry especially DO160, DO254, DO178.

·         Cross-Functional experience in mechanical engineering, materials, algorithm, or physics preferred

·         Excellent critical analysis, statistical analysis, and logic/reasoning skills.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Experience with pressure sensor technology is a plus.

·         Background integrating new products into a manufacturing environment.

·         Familiarity with MEMS, pressure sensor packaging, Hybrid circuits. 

                                                                                                                                                               

Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Masters in EE preferred.

Years of experience: 10+ years of relevant experience.

The Company is undergoing positive changes and we need someone who will guide and motivate his/her team and peers.  This person will be accountable for the ongoing development and monitoring of manufacturing cost accounting and financial control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

·         Manage and coordinate the monthly accounting closing process to ensure accuracy and completion within the deadlines set by management.

·         Maintain the general and subsidiary ledgers and prepares financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices.

·         Prepare monthly financial results packet for distribution.

·         Oversee and review the preparation of various schedules including trends of expenses, account and bank reconciliations and cash flow support schedules.

·         Ensure timely and accurate preparation and review of accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, management reports and other analysis as required.

·         Lead the annual physical inventory including adjusting cost standards and burden rates.

·         Analyze cost of goods sold and provide analysis of inventories, material, direct labor, and manufacturing overhead with variance accounting according to GAAP.

·         Direct and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the accounting staff providing goals, performance reviews, coaching and support in the pursuit of departmental objectives.

·         Participate in the development of departmental budgets and the company financial plan

 

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

·         Strong GAAP accounting knowledge.

·         Manufacturing, MRP/ERP, cost accounting knowledge.

·         Solid accounting systems knowledge. Syteline a plus!

·         Intermediate / Advance MS Excel.

 

Education:

·         Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

 

Years of Experience:

A minimum of 7+ years manufacturing accounting experience preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Purpose:

The successful candidate will increase sales by establishing strong customer relationships with current and potential customers. Work with independent representation, as appropriate, to increase requests for quotes as well as establish and maintain a yearly and a five year forecast plan.

·         Managing a portfolio of accounts: Assigned customer based will be established.

·         Monitor the project through design and development phase until released to production.

·         Delivering presentations: Making company and product presentations to supply chain as well as engineering.

·         Attending meetings with clients; Plan customer visits with independent representatives where established.

·         Qualifying prospects: Review with management additional prospects to grow the business.

·         Demonstrate and track progress and accomplishments from win/loss to customer visit reports as well as growth in sales.

·         Customer evaluation and procurement: Establish a hierarchy chart for each customer showing the procurement chain from buyer to manager.   

·         Work with management on an informative sales process tracking system.

·         Create a business case study for each RFQ won prior to first quoting the customer and present to management.

·         Establish and maintain a customer forecast for each customer in the account base. Forecast will be for current year as well as a 5 year plan.

·         Develop a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth.

·         Be responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines.

·         Maintaining good relationships with customers.

·         Document trip reports for each sales meeting.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills:

·         Must be computer literate and proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project.

·         The position requires approximately 20-25% travel.

·         Intermediate or higher negotiating skills are essential along with a professional demeanor.

·         This is a full time position based in Burbank, CA.

Education:   

·         Minimum 4-year engineering degree from an accredited college required, major in Electrical Engineering preferred. Graduate degree a strong plus.

Years of experience: Minimum of five years of field sales experience.
