Delivery

The customer base of Hydra-Electric is primarily comprised of manufacturers and system integrators… all with strict manufacturing schedules. Hydra understands the need for constant, consistent delivery of products to its customers, and endeavors to meet every customer request for expediting and schedule changes.

Hydra is able to cooperate with AOG (aircraft on ground) demands and can furnish rapidly expedited units for those types of situations.

We strive for 100% on-time-delivery for all customers, and this basic goal is always on our minds. We have overtime and flex shift capabilities to meet our customers' difficult delivery needs.  

Hydra-Electric works with our customer forecasts in order to reserve manufacturing time, schedule production, and to order materials early.

In 2009, we set into place two significant goals: to greatly reduce lead times and to greatly increase on-time-delivery. We are always improving our entire manufacturing process in order to reduce lead times while maintaining the highest levels of manufacturing quality. Our previous running lead time of 180 days has been reduced down to levels of 90 to 120 days. Reducing lead times is enabling our customers to be more flexible with their scheduling and planning.
